Personalized books usually ship the next business day. On candy wrapper orders, we will send a proof via e-mail prior to printing and will process andship your order within 3- days after receiving approval of the proof. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping, unless you select a faster service. During the holiday season, please allow an extra 2-3 days for completion of the order.
What information goes inside of each book?
The child's name, hometown, the names of up to 3 friends or relatives, a dedication line (i.e. Happy 3rd Birthday, Christmas 2004 - 2005, etc.), the name of the gift giver (i.e.. Love, Grandma & Grandpa, etc.).
What is the appropriate age group for our books?
Most of our books fall within the 2-12 yrs old range. For many of our selections, we specify the age range next to the book. Children can recognize their name in print by the time they are 3 years old and can recognize their name being read to them by 6 months. It is never too early to encourage a child’s interest in reading. Hearing and seeing their own name in print is a great start!
What kind of chocolate bars do your wrappers fit?
Our wrappers fit over a 1.55 oz Hershey's Chocolate Bar or Nestle Crunch Bar (regular size candy bar).
Is the candy shipped in the personalized wrappers?
You can choose to have your candy wrapped or save money by wrapping your own candy.
Can I purchase the wrappers only?
Yes, all of our wrappers can be purchased separately. See our wrapper-only prices.
Can I use my own photo or logo?
Yes. The possibilities are endless for our custom candy bars: you can add photos or logos at no additional charge. After you place your order, send your photo/logo via JPG file to sales@randrpersonalizing.com and reference.
What type of paper do you use?
Our products are professionally printed on glossy commercial grade papers.
What methods of payment do you accept?
R & R Personalizing accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Money Orders.
What method of shipping will be used to mail my order?
It is your choice.... Priority Mail usually takes 3-5 days. If you have a close deadline, we suggest using an express courier. Also, in warmer months, we recommend using an express courier to decrease the likelihood that the candy melts during shipping. For more information, please see our Ordering/Shipping Information page.

If I order wrappers-only, how do I wrap them?
With all wrapper-only orders, we include easy to follow wrapping instructions. All you need is some time and a glue stick. |
